About Us

Meet Your Dance Teacher

I am really happy to present you my dance group Zolushka! The idea to create this preschool dance team came to me from my big passion to dancing and kids. I've started dancing when I was 6 y.o. As a member of the team that competed a lot and won the first prices in the national competitions, I practiced a lot in the folk dancing and ballet. In college I was majoring in early childhood education and I am really happy doing this right now. After graduating college I taught kids ballet for three years. In addition to that I was working in Arthur Murray dance studio teaching ballroom dancing. Now I am really lucky to have this opportunity to make a difference for kids by bringing the beauty of dancing in their lives.

Meet Your Teacher at Dance Group Zolushka

Our Philosophy

Even though Dance Group Zolushka has just started its life, thanks to our enthusiasm, hard work, and passion for dancing, we've made big strides. Our unique feature is working with kids of different ages, starting as young as 3 years old. We help our students to discover their talents and skills and work on further development. Our open rehearsals and costume recitals help kids feel confident and social. It helps kids to express themselves and put their energy into dancing. Moreover, dance classes will give your child a chance to make new friends of the same age and with similar interests. Since all the children are working on the same goals, their teamwork skills are reinforced.

Open Rehearsals/Costume Recitals

In order to demonstrate kids' progress we schedule open rehearsals every three months. All parents and guests are welcome to come and watch their kids practicing. Parents may take pictures and videos to save bright memories. Every 6 months both groups participate in costume recitals. Parents make costumes for their children. During costume recitals children usually demonstrate 2 or 3 dances that they've been working on. These recitals are usually a lot of fun for parents, kids and guests.
